Key Responsibilities
  • Lead development of core Android features, including hardware integrations, widgets, and system components.
  • Design scalable mobile architectures and influence platform-wide patterns.
  • Collaborate across product, design, and backend teams to build seamless user experiences.
  • Drive internal tooling, process improvements, and performance optimisations.
  • Mentor Android engineers and guide technical decision-making across teams.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Android development, with deep proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
  • Track record of architecting complex mobile systems using MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture.
  • Strong leadership in cross-functional technical initiatives and mobile strategy.
  • Familiarity with Android performance, security, and design best practices.
  • PASSION FOR MENTORING, COLLABORATION, AND BUILDING WITH LONG-TERM IMPACT IN MIND.
