Critical to our hospital’s success is a comprehensive digital transformation strategy, and we are seeking an accomplished Clinical Digital Systems Transformation Specialist to drive this initiative. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for leading clinical digital projects that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement cutting-edge digital transformation strategies that align with our clinical priorities and foster collaboration among stakeholders across clinical and non-clinical teams.
Analyse data to inform strategic decisions and ensure the successful delivery of digital projects on time.
Maintain a strong understanding of medical record systems and emerging health technologies to stay ahead of the curve in our field.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Digital Health or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience leading clinical digital transformation projects with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and change management skills.
- Able to manage cross-functional teams effectively and deliver projects efficiently.
