Leadership Role Overview

The Manager, Justice of the Peace Branch, is responsible for providing strategic leadership and support to achieve the outcomes of the JP Branch.

  • Manage complex projects that are sensitive or involve significant change.
  • Develop and implement organisational policies and procedures regarding Justices of the Peace, in consultation with stakeholders including judiciary, JP Associations, and court managers.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation concerning Justices of the Peace.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership and support to achieve the outcomes of the JP Branch.
  • Managing projects that are complex, sensitive, or involve significant change.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to Justices of the Peace.
Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for appointment in the Western Australian Public Sector, you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status in Australia.
