As a Senior Scientist, QC Instrumentation Standards, you will play a key role in bringing our global QC digitalization strategy to life.

Working closely with our QC teams around the world, you will contribute to the development of a global Laboratory Execution System, enabling our QC teams to transition from paper-based to digital workflows.

As a member of our global QC team, you will create digital workflows and establish global process documents, while supporting the implementation of these processes at our sites in Australia, Germany, Switzerland, and the United States.

Reporting to our Global Lead QC Instrumentation Standards, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating digital workflows based on analytical method SOPs and process maps in the Laboratory Execution System BIOVIA ONE Lab

• Establishing process documents to support the implementation of a global Laboratory Execution System for QC

• Supporting QC business processes standardization efforts around laboratory automation

• Maintaining the life cycle of digital workflows as an subject matter expert

• Supporting laboratory instrumentation standardization projects and global data integrity projects

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with:

• A University degree in a relevant scientific discipline (Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, etc.)

• 3-5 years' experience in a pharmaceutical/medicinal GMP testing environment using a variety of testing instrumentation, experience in instrument lifecycle activities and data integrity

• Minimum 2 years' experience with laboratory automation in QC or R&D

• Knowledge of the software BIOVIA ONE Lab or similar systems is a benefit

• Strong written & verbal communication in English to ensure collaboration with teams both locally and globally across all CSL Behring sites

• Strong analytical/ technical IT affinity

• Ability to work independently and as a team member in a dynamic environment
