Childcare Cleaner Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Childcare Cleaner to join our team at Tillys Play and Development Centre.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for educators, children, and families. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to make a positive impact on the well-being of young children and their families.

Job Description:
  • Provide a clean and safe environment for all centre users.
  • Clean and maintain all areas of the centre, including classrooms, offices, bathrooms, outdoor spaces, staff rooms, and common areas.
  • Collect and remove all rubbish.
  • Stock consumables such as toilet paper, hand towels, and chemicals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong understanding of infection control principles.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
