Job Description

Our organization is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Gardener to join our team on a casual basis (3 days a week). This opportunity allows you to work in beautiful outdoor spaces, utilizing your expertise to enhance every landscape.

As a Gardener with our team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining gardens through mowing, weeding, mulching, pruning, and hedging
  • Identifying and addressing pest control issues, diseases, and irrigation problems
  • Ensuring high presentation and care standards across all sites
  • Assisting with occasional landscaping tasks between client visits
  • Utilizing company-provided vehicles equipped with quality gardening tools

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual who takes pride in their work and has:

  • A strong understanding of plant knowledge and experience in residential garden maintenance
  • Strong communication skills and reliability
  • Licence and confidence towing a trailer
  • Familiarity with pest control methods, seasonal plant care, and irrigation systems
