About the Position

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking a skilled APS5 Level Project Support Officer to join a centralized team focused on data literacy and business performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential project support for a range of dynamic initiatives, including project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Assist in risk management and project reporting, including regular status updates and exception reports.
  • Coordinate with Project Support Officers to manage assigned projects effectively.
  • Engage with stakeholders, third parties, and vendors to negotiate and resolve project issues.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in project support or project management within large-scale programs.
  • Strong proficiency with project management tools, particularly Microsoft Project.
  • Experience generating consolidated program status reports for multiple project streams.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for project administration.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
