About the Role

We're seeking a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member to play a crucial role in ensuring our stores provide a positive shopping experience. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors.
  • Cleaning and dusting shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains.
  • Collecting trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark.

About You and Your Skills

  • Ability to work autonomously and in a group setting, with a keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
  • Passion for working safely and adhering to Coles Safe Work practices.
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
  • Physical fitness to lift up to 17kgs and work in a fast-paced environment.
