The Role
As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining safety, quality, and manufacturing standards on our production floor. This will involve operating high-speed machinery, performing changeovers, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance tasks. You will also be responsible for reading and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contributing to our approach of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work across 24-hour rotating shift patterns
- Manufacturing experience is advantageous, but not essential
- Ability to meet the requirements of Orora's pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
