Deliver high-quality in-home support services to our valued aged care customers, empowering them to live independently and maintain their dignity:

  • Support workers are required to provide personal care and assistance to our customers, including personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, and help at mealtime.
  • Assist with daily tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and assisted dressing.
  • Provide transportation to appointments, shopping, and social outings.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, providing social interaction, client observations, and ongoing training and support.

Key Requirements:

  • A current Australian driver's license and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle.
  • Fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
  • Flexibility to work rosters between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
  • A minimum 12 months' experience in delivering personal care and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support.

Your New Role:

  • Personal Care: Provide personal care and assistance to customers, including personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, and help at mealtime.
  • Help at Home: Assist with daily tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and assisted dressing.
  • Transport: Provide transportation to appointments, shopping, and social outings.
  • Client Awareness: Develop strong relationships with customers, providing social interaction, client observations, and ongoing training and support.

We welcome applicants with experience and/or a qualification as a:

  • Disability Support Worker.
  • Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
  • Community Services worker.
  • Bachelor of Nursing students.
