Expert Coffee Professional Sought

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled coffee expert to lead our team of baristas. As the primary coffee authority, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee drinks, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and flair, including lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos
  • Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies with attention to detail
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards at all times
  • Develop and implement new menu items and promotions to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every patron

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Specialty Coffee Barista in Australia
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Demonstrated expertise in setting up grinders, yielding, and creating latte art
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and peak periods

Benefits:
