• Operate forklifts to load and unload trailers at our Emerald terminal.
• Securely restrain freight loads using appropriate equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service while representing the organization professionally.

• Commitment to safety above all else.
• Possession of a valid forklift license is mandatory.
• A motorbike license is preferred, but a heavy rigid or hazardous materials license is also considered.
• Good understanding of load restraint techniques for mining freight.
• Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and relevant road transport regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
