**Speech Pathology Role Opportunity**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our participants and their families.

**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Speech Pathologist to work with individuals of all ages and abilities, providing therapeutic services to support communication and swallowing needs. You will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists, to deliver high-quality care to our participants.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services
- Provide early intervention and parent coaching for children aged 0-5 years
- Conduct assessments and implement treatment plans for school-aged children and adults with a range of communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with participants, families, and other stakeholders
