About the Role

You will oversee daily operations, support the team, and ensure smooth and safe park management in your absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations and respond to after-hours callouts
  • Support guest check-ins, reservations, and account handling
  • Lead and mentor staff across departments
  • Maintain high standards of park presentation, safety, and compliance
  • Contribute to local marketing and guest engagement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience in hospitality, accommodation, or tourism
  • Strong team mentoring and operational coordination skills
  • Familiarity with budget oversight and reporting
  • Experience with RMS or similar reservations systems (ideal)
  • Great interpersonal skills and a guest-first approach
  • Flexibility for weekend and after-hours shifts
  • A valid driver's licence
