Welcome to our Graduate Occupational Therapist role, designed to support you in transitioning from study to clinical practice. Our 6-month program offers a structured and supportive environment for you to develop your skills and confidence.

As an OT graduate, you will work with clients aged 0–65 in homes, schools, group programs, and the community. You'll have the opportunity to tailor your caseload to your interests, ensuring that you're doing meaningful work that aligns with your goals.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Delivering assessments and interventions such as functional capacity and sensory assessments.
  • Providing assistive technology and home modifications.
  • Building skill and capacity building programs.
  • Developing strong client relationships, celebrating achievements, and seeing the impact of your work every day.

You'll also be supported by a dedicated manager who will help you map out your career growth plan and provide opportunities for professional development.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy + AHPRA registration (or pending).
  • A car and licence.

  • A passion for learning, teamwork, and helping people achieve their goals.
