Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our retail team as a Peak Trade Casual. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about home appliances and consumer electronics.

As a Peak Trade Casual, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working effectively in a team environment, and maintaining a high level of merchandising standards across the store.

You will have the opportunity to create, support, and contribute to a high-performance culture, ensuring that our customers have a great experience when shopping in our stores.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for home appliances and consumer electronics, be enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated, customer focused and results driven, and able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with customers to assist them with their purchases.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to deliver a positive in-store experience for our customers.
  • Maintain a high level of merchandising standards across the store.

This role involves working across multiple stores within a designated geographical area, so flexibility and adaptability are essential.
