Job Title: Senior Policy Support Officer
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to provide executive-level administrative support to our Director, Strategic Policy and Projects.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate activities of the Director, ensuring effective diary management, secretariat support, organisation of forums, meetings, catering and travel arrangements, office filing systems, processing of invoices, systems administration and equipment.
- Contribute as a team member within the Strategic Policy and Projects Team, demonstrating proactivity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Strategic thinking and autonomy in decision making to support the branch.
- Agility and responsiveness to changing demands, with the ability to adapt and respond to highly variable work priorities.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, including coordinating activities, managing diaries, and organising events. If you have excellent organisational skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for policy development, we would love to hear from you.
