Seeking a highly skilled National Property & Leasing Associate to join our team at Calvary Care.

About the Role

As a leading not-for-profit Catholic health care organisation, we deliver outstanding health, home care, and aged care services to communities across Australia.

Our national network comprises hospitals and aged care facilities, with a property portfolio exceeding 200 owned or leased properties. The successful candidate will assist the National Property and Leasing Lead in managing the commercial aspects of our portfolio, optimising performance, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

Support the National Property and Leasing Lead in managing Calvary's property portfolio, ensuring compliance with commercial and legislative requirements.

Negotiate leases, property sales, and acquisitions with relevant parties.

Assist internal and external stakeholders with day-to-day lease-related enquiries.

Manage lease administration tasks, developing and improving processes, and maintaining accurate records in all property systems.

Implement processes to manage landlord and tenant obligations under leases and related occupancy agreements.
