**Job Summary:**
An exciting opportunity for a Senior White-Collar Consultant is available for a driven Senior or aspiring Senior Recruitment Consultant at 2XM Recruit. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver exceptional white-collar service across our Engineering and Mining clients for both Contract and Perm markets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing expert advice.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for White Collar positions.
- Drive effective Business Development strategies to increase sales and new client opportunities.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified clients and candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of recruitment services.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market intelligence to effectively advise clients and candidates.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a white-collar background - we are open to your market background.
- Fundamental knowledge of recruitment processes, policies, and regulations.
- Proven track record in sourcing and attracting candidates for a variety of roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.
