About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Brand Collective. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Actively sell on the shop floor, contributing to sales and KPI targets
  • Ensure store presentation is immaculate, adhering to visual merchandising standards
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge of apparel, footwear, and accessories
  • Assist in managing and replenishing stock, contributing to a well-organized stock room
  • Support the Store Manager with various administration and store maintenance duties
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a boutique environment
  • Upbeat, energetic, and motivating, with a positive attitude
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
