Glue is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our Central Park store team.

Company Overview:

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our competitive salary reflects the level of expertise and dedication required for this role.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, motivating, and inspiring their team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain a high standard of visual merchandising. This will involve managing the shop floor and back-of-house operations, roster management, payroll approval, loss prevention, and working closely with the Visual Merchandising Team to achieve creative visions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, setting management expectations across your team
  • Train, mentor, and coach Team Members to work towards goals and succession planning
  • Problem-solving and providing solutions to ensure seamless store operations
  • Manage rostering and payroll approval, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Oversee the team (shop floor and back of house) to complete tasks effectively
  • Proactively manage loss prevention, focusing on stock shrinkage
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Team to bring creative visions to life within the store
