Simulation Education Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Simulation Education Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our education department, you will play a critical role in providing simulation-based education to healthcare professionals.
Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating simulation programs. This will involve creating training materials and resources that meet the needs of our learners.
You will also be responsible for demonstrating advanced level skills in teaching and evaluating others. This includes the use of clinical practice assessment tools (CPAT) to ensure our learners are meeting the required standards.
In addition to your educational responsibilities, you will participate in quality initiatives and audits. This will involve identifying inconsistencies between policy and practice, and working with the team to implement improvements.
You will also engage in incident investigation and risk mitigation strategies. This will help to foster and support safe practice within our organization.
