About the Role:

Aussie is seeking a skilled and motivated Retail Mortgage Broker to join our team. As a Retail Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for managing phone, online, and walk-in enquiries, assisting leads provided by Aussie, and connecting with your community to build your pipeline and referral networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone, online, and walk-in enquiries to provide exceptional customer experiences and help Australians achieve their property dreams.
  • Assist leads provided by Aussie to build a successful mortgage broking business.
  • Connect with your community to build your pipeline and referral networks, and provide lending advice to customers.
  • Guide customers through the home loan application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Requirements:

  • A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is required. If you don't have a Cert IV, we will provide instruction on how to obtain it.
  • Prior experience in mortgage broking or lending is advantageous, but full training is provided.
  • A background in sales or customer service will help you achieve success in this role.
  • A strong drive to build a successful mortgage broking business.
  • An ability to provide exceptional customer experiences, and a desire to help Australians achieve their property dreams.
