We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-end commercial design projects between $500K-$3M.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept Development: Lead the creation of innovative design concepts that align with client goals and project specifications.
  • Project Management: Oversee all phases of the design process, from initial client meetings to final installations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their needs, present design ideas, and incorporate feedback into the final design.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior designers and support staff, fostering a collaborative environment and enhancing team skills.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed design documents, including plans, specifications, and materials lists, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
