As a Swimming Pool Service Technician, here's what you'll achieve:

  • You'll create backyard memories for families and commercial partners through delivering sparkling, clean, and chemically safe swimming pools.
  • You'll market industry-leading supplies to your clients and organize stock stored in your ute.
  • You'll think on your feet to resolve challenges and build strong relationships with clients while working independently.
  • You'll install all pool equipment, including pumps, filters, chlorinators, pool cleaners, and heat pumps.
  • You'll capture service notes, photos, and activities in our App and prepare customer-centric reports.
  • You'll engage and educate customers on-site.
  • You'll be comfortable handling and lifting heavy items, such as salt and chemicals (must be able to lift 25kg). WHS standards are paramount.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

- A current unrestricted manual driver's licence (ute & phone provided)

- Consent to a police clearance check if you don't have one already

- The ability to work autonomously and take pride in managing your own client base

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- A positive can-do attitude and enjoy problem-solving

- Physical fitness and enjoyment of working outdoors

Although we'd love you to have experience or knowledge of the pool and spa industry, we can teach you the rest if you have a learning attitude.
