Production Manager for Craft Beverages

We are seeking an experienced production manager to lead our brewery team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craft beverages and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage brewing and blending processes, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to customers.
- Develop new recipes and improve existing ones, working closely with the brewing team.
- Oversee equipment maintenance, performing routine checks and scheduling repairs as needed.
- Manage inventory levels, monitoring stock and ordering supplies as required.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Minimum 3 years of brewing/blending experience, preferably in a managerial role.
- Formal brewing education is highly desirable.
- Valid driver's and forklift licenses are essential.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and work in a fast-paced environment.
