We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Brisbane. As part of our dynamic and fast-paced retail environment, you will have the opportunity to develop new skills, build strong relationships with colleagues and customers, and contribute to the success of our store.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, sales merchandising and display, and stock management. You will ensure that customers receive a positive shopping experience, and work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets and maintain store appearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Merchandise and display stock effectively, creating visually appealing displays and maintaining high standards of visual presentation.
  • Manage stock levels, receiving and processing deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, meet customer needs, and maintain store appearance.
Requirements
  • Previous retail fashion experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in merchandising and unpacking of stock.
