To Good To Go is a leading social impact company dedicated to fighting food waste. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in Australia.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to take on the challenge of turning interest into passion. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for contacting all stores as fast as possible and selling Too Good To Go's platform to turn them into ambassadors. You will work closely with our international community of users, partners, and colleagues across 17 countries to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting all stores via phone calls, emails, and messaging to educate and empower them to join Too Good To Go
  • Negotiating and persuading stores to partner with us to fight food waste together
  • Building relationships and establishing strong rapport with potential customers
  • Onboarding and training new partners and their employees to set them up for long-term success
  • FOLLOWING UP WITH STORES TO ENSURE THEY ARE FULLY SET UP AND ABLE TO MAXIMIZE THEIR IMPACT

Requirements

  • Experience working in a sales environment, especially over the phone
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize well and keep track of your pipeline
  • Data-driven and experience working with CRM tools
  • Independent and able to schedule your time effectively
