The Opportunity
We are seeking 2 experienced Delivery and Installation Assistants to join our team in Perth. As a Delivery and Installation Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering and installing appliances, receiving and loading orders, and providing excellent customer service.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and install appliances Monday to Friday from 06:30am - 03:00pm
- Receive and load orders onto the delivery truck and unload goods
- Accurately complete associated paperwork and provide basic product overviews and training to customers
Requirements:
- Similar experience in a driver delivery role
- A clean driver license, a valid MR License would be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of the transport industry and good geographical knowledge of Perth
- Providing premium customer service and good communication skills
- Be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature
- Tech savvy and physically fit to be able to lift and move appliances
- A Forklift license would also be an advantage, but is not a necessity
