Job Role: Store Manager
">We are looking for a skilled leader to join our team as a Store Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience of leading multi-site or big box stores, a deep understanding of store operations, and a proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth.
">The successful candidate will possess strong commercial acumen and a head for numbers, enabling them to monitor and manage multiple levels of performance, including sales and profitability, inventory and labour.
">They will be confident and cool-headed under pressure, persevering in the face of inevitable setbacks.
">Our ideal candidate will stay focused on what they can control, while planning and setting achievable goals helps their team stay on course.
">They will take personal accountability for the in-store experience and upholding the brand to the highest standard.
">Most importantly, they believe in the value of growing their team through regular and systematic coaching and feedback.
