We're on a mission to find dedicated team members who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Casual Retail Assistant at our stunning Elka Collective store in David Jones Macquarie, NSW, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our customers' lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Ambassador: Provide customers with a unique Elka Collective experience while maintaining excellent service standards and fostering a loyal clientele.
  • Sales and KPIs: Actively sell on the shop floor and contribute to the store's sales and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Store Presentation: Ensure the store looks immaculate by adhering to our visual merchandising standards.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop expertise in apparel, footwear, and accessories to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Stock Management: Assist in managing and replenishing stock, ensuring a well-organized stockroom.
  • Administration and Maintenance: Support your Store Manager with various tasks, including cleaning as required.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer-facing experience, preferably in a boutique environment.
  • Upbeat Attitude: Be energetic, motivating, and able to make the most of any situation.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong communication and organizational skills to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Feedback and Adaptability: Be a great listener and use feedback constructively to improve performance.
