Senior Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams, stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • To lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered to the highest standard and meet the needs of our clients.
  • To develop and implement project plans, budgets and timelines, working closely with project teams, stakeholders and clients.
  • To identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring that projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that project progress is tracked and reported regularly.
  • To collaborate with other departments and teams, sharing best practices and expertise to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a senior management position.
  • Strong technical background in engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams, stakeholders and clients.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring that deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time.
  • Highly developed problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
