Job Description

As a Sales and Food Preparation Crew Member, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, greeting them with a smile and ensuring they have an exceptional experience. You'll take orders, problem-solve, and provide expert advice on our menu items. With training and time, you'll become a specialist in all things GYG and be relied upon to connect our customers with our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for every guest
  • Take orders, operate a point-of-sale system, and manage cash transactions
  • Prepare food to order, maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, and adhere to food safety guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in hospitality or retail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
  • Availability to work on weekends and public holidays
