Job Description

The Site Operations Manager plays a vital role in the successful delivery of project deliverables, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism in accordance with company, client, and project requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To manage project execution and delivery by overseeing planned work scopes and job completion in accordance with relevant specifications and procedures.
  • Provide advice and support to the construction team, utilising experience in Construction of Site Buildings such as Camps, Admin Buildings, Process area Buildings etc.
  • Lead by example to ensure project health and safety performance, conducting works in line with the project HSE management plan.
  • Maintain relationships and contacts, liaising with the owner's team on technical issues.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 5 years' experience in a Supervisor / Superintendent role (site buildings) in mineral processing and/or related industries, including knowledge and experience in occupied buildings construction codes of practice.
  • Experience in EPC/EPCM/Client/Owner desirable.
  • High attention to detail and sound knowledge of HSE policy and procedures.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal employees.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise to a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
