Flexible Consultant Psychiatrist Opportunity

We are seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to work with our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to commit to a minimum of 2 days per week.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Consultant Psychiatrist to contribute their expertise and make a positive impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, formulate management plans, and provide inpatient care
  • Prescribe and monitor treatment, including psychotropic medications, and participate in care planning and documentation processes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Optional: outpatient or telehealth sessions
Requirements:
  • Fellowship with RANZCP or equivalent qualification
  • AHPRA registration and eligibility to work in Australia
  • Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic skills, and documentation abilities
  • Empathetic and committed to quality patient care
