**Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Psychologist to join our team as a Senior Psychologist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expertise and advice to develop and implement our Employee Psychology Services programs and services. You will also be required to build and manage existing programs, provide professional consultancy/advisory services to site leaders/people managers, and deal with sensitive and complex mental health issues within workplace settings.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you will require a postgraduate qualification in psychology and organisational or clinical experience in workplace mental health. You will also need to have experience in delivering Employee Assistance Programs, including account management of external providers. Additionally, you will need to hold a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check and be willing to undertake training in Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care (RRHAN-EC).
