We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Operator to fill a critical role in our organisation. As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for operating plant and equipment safely and consistently undertaking road maintenance works to the required standard.

Key Responsibilities:- Operate plant and equipment safely and undertake road maintenance works to the required standard.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of plant and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with colleagues as part of a cohesive unit to achieve common goals and objectives.
- A current White Card certification in WHS General Construction Induction.
- Demonstrated experience in performing road and drainage maintenance tasks.
- Demonstrated expertise and certificate of competency in the safe operation of plant including backhoe, skid steer, excavator, front end loader.
- Proven ability to work productively as a member of a team and contribute to team goals.
- A valid HR Licence.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment and develop new skills. We offer a competitive remuneration package, including 19.5 weeks annual leave after 10 years continuous service.
