Required Skills & Qualifications- Define the tech stack and lead technical direction to maximize impact with like-minded individuals.
- Ship high-quality React and Node features, integrating sustainability and AI tools.
- Collaborate directly with product leadership to prioritize and deliver.
- Set engineering standards and mentor future hires as the team grows.
- A pivotal moment to set foundations for global scale.

- An up to $200k package for the right person + ESOP.
- A hybrid work arrangement with 3 days/week on the Gold Coast.
