Job Title: Software Development Specialist

The role of Software Development Specialist is a pivotal position within our organization, focusing on back-end REST API software development in Go and Python. We are seeking an exceptional individual with crisp and well-articulated views on APIs, software design, engineering processes, and DevOps.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled Software Development Specialist to join our global team. As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality, scalable software applications using Go and Python programming languages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop robust software applications that meet scalability requirements
  • Create efficient and effective APIs and software architecture
  • Write comprehensive tests to validate software behavior
  • Maintain reliable and fault-tolerant applications and services
  • Collaborate proactively with a globally distributed team
Requirements:
  • An outstanding academic track record from both high school and university
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or STEM field, or a compelling narrative about your alternative path
  • A proven track record of driving innovation and exceeding expectations
  • Proficiency in Python and/or Go programming languages
  • Experience with relational and non-relational database systems
  • Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery methodologies
  • Experience with systems programming or scalable web services
