Senior Document Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Document Coordinator to join our Qld construction team. The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing all incoming and outgoing documents, logging, distribution, filing, and archiving of documents and drawings received
- Controlling all project documentation using industry-standard systems
- Assisting with QA coordination and document control, ensuring records are kept and administered in accordance with the project QA plan
- Ensuring compliance with the Company Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Policies and procedures
- Providing general project administration support to the team as required
- Preparing monthly and other reports as required
The incumbent in this role will require the following qualifications and experience:
- Previous experience within the building and construction industry or a similar industry
- Strong administrative skills, including preparation of general correspondence, filing, and document control, minute taking, and office management
- Intermediate level of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and ability and willingness to learn new software packages as required
- High level of organisational and time management skills, with demonstrated attention to detail
- Prior experience with Aconex is highly desirable
