Pallet Repair and Maintenance Specialist

As a Pallet Repair and Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our pallets. Your key duties will include:

  • Repairing damaged pallets to prevent further damage
  • Cleaning pallets using high-pressure water jets to remove dirt and debris
  • Unblocking pallet jams on production lines to minimize downtime
  • Painting pallets to improve their appearance and durability
  • Stacking new and old pallet slats to maintain inventory levels
  • Operating a forklift (if licensed) to transport pallets safely
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace through daily housekeeping activities

What We Offer

We are committed to providing a competitive compensation package, including a pay rate of $43.96 per hour for afternoon shifts. Our roster includes Monday to Friday, with afternoon shifts running from 2:30pm to 12am on Mondays to Thursdays and 2pm to 6pm on Fridays. Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess a positive attitude, be willing to learn on the job, and adhere to safety protocols at all times. You should also be physically capable of performing manual work, available to work afternoon shifts, and able to provide two recent work-related referees. Additionally, you will need to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test, and holding a forklift license is desirable.
