Supply Chain and Manufacturing Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain and Manufacturing Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our architecture group, you will be responsible for designing and delivering fit-for-purpose solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs.

Your expertise in ERP, CRM, or ITSM platforms will enable you to build trust with clients and deliver exceptional service. You will work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Consulting teams to scope, architect, and guide the implementation of business-critical systems.

A trusted advisor who delivers scalable, commercially sound solutions that align with business goals and add real value is what we are looking for. Your ability to adapt, learn quickly, and navigate ambiguity sets you apart in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and specify scalable, best-practice solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Provide pre-sales support including RFP responses, demos, and workshops.
  • Lead solution architecture during implementation and mentor delivery teams.
  • Conduct scoping studies and business consulting engagements.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and software partners.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and team development.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in solution architecture and pre-sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, or ITSM platforms.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering complex business solutions.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification (preferred).
