At Serco, we provide integrated healthcare services to Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel across Australia. Our partnership with Bupa ensures defence-ready clinical and support staff are available at 50+ on-base locations nationally, providing quality on-site medical care to ADF personnel.
About the Role
You will be responsible for dispensing pharmaceutical, medical, and dental logistic services to patients in accordance with relevant Laws, professional standards, and Defence Policies and Procedures. Your tasks will include but not be limited to dispensing services, inventory management, promoting safe and effective medication use to patients, and providing technical advice and training to health practitioners.
Requirements
- The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behavior.
- Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Minimum 2 years full-time post trainee/internship experience in the last 5 years within a Defence, Hospital, or Community Pharmacy (or part-time equivalent).
- Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA.
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.
- Membership of the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia or Society of Hospital Pharmacists (desirable).

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per annum
