Financial Support Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Financial Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide exceptional service and support to customers in need of financial assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer queries and provide solutions to meet their financial obligations
  • Making follow-up calls to customers and updating account status
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies and procedures
  • Work with customers regarding financial assistance and hardship
  • Discuss payment dates, amounts and ongoing payment plans with customers

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position or experience in a customer service-based role
  • Manage and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced problem-solving, communication & organisational skills
  • Empathic nature and a desire to help and support others
