Job Title: Senior Developer

About the Role

As a seasoned developer, you have the opportunity to shape our digital experiences and create innovative solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement technical solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client brand and content strategy.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their user needs and pain points, translating them into intuitive and performant digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, QA testers, and presales teams to ensure robust testing coverage and defect resolution.
  • Develop reusable components and libraries that power multiple products or client solutions.
  • Advocate for best practices in accessibility, performance, responsive design, and testing.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience front-end web development focusing on vanilla JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Proven expertise building commercial-grade websites, portals, intranets etc.
  • Strong knowledge of web fundamentals, HTTP methods, integration patterns, and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience working with Node.js or other server-side JavaScript technologies (backend 20% of role).
  • Ability to build web interfaces according to WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Demonstrable experience/knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC).
  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS) platforms or digital experience platforms (DXPs) like Contentful, Drupal, WordPress, Sitecore, Optimizely etc.
