About the Role

The Pharmacy Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of pharmacists and technicians. They oversee daily operational and dispensing activities, ensuring the ongoing development and maintenance of pharmacy services.

  • Leading, training, and supporting the team">
  • Accountability for financial and human resources management">

Experience in oncology pharmacy is beneficial. However, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership skills, strong ability to motivate and manage a team, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

To be successful, applicants need to have current AHPRA registration, a minimum of 2 years' experience as a registered pharmacist in an Australian hospital pharmacy, and a high level of planning and organisational ability.
