Occupational Therapist - Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist

We're seeking highly motivated Occupational Therapy graduates to join our graduate program, becoming part of a supportive team of rehabilitation consultants dedicated to helping Australians be safe and well at work.

Daily tasks can vary at Konekt, but typically involve:

  • Evaluating the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have suffered work-related or non-work-related injuries, or illnesses
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments such as initial needs, workplace evaluations, ergonomics, and activities of daily living
  • Performing specialist functional and pre-employment assessments for corporate clients (e.g., audiometry, spirometry, D&A testing)
  • Helping clients identify suitable employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests
  • Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress towards their return-to-work goal
  • Engaging with key stakeholders and building strong relationships to facilitate business objectives

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Eligibility for AHPRA accreditation upon graduating
  • Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025
  • Eligibility to be Comcare accredited (desirable, but not essential)
  • A current Working with Children Check and a pre-employment national criminal check
  • A full driver's license (own vehicle not necessary)
