The position of Safety and Wellbeing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in promoting positive outcomes for the workforce. Reporting to the Executive Manager Health and Wellbeing, Safety, Wellbeing and Psychological Services, you will provide professional advice and coordinate the development of health and wellbeing programs.
">- You will initiate, develop, implement, and coordinate programs and events for the health and wellbeing of workers, providing high-level expert advice and guidance on health and wellbeing topics.
- You will contribute to research, development, design, maintenance, review, and implementation of health and wellbeing programs, standards, policy, systems, and activities.
- You will establish and maintain collaborative networks and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including participation on committees, working groups, and whole-of-government forums.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Initiating, developing, implementing, and coordinating programs and events for the health and wellbeing of workers.
- Providing high-level expert advice and guidance on health and wellbeing topics.
- Contributing to research, development, design, maintenance, review, and implementation of health and wellbeing programs, standards, policy, systems, and activities.
