We bring together development and construction teams under one roof to deliver exceptional projects and community-focused developments. As an award-winning development and construction company, we currently have a rare opportunity available for a talented professional to join our team and help create winning proposals.

The successful candidate will be based at either our Brisbane or Gold Coast office with flexibility to occasionally work remotely. You will support three divisions of our Construction arm working within a team that targets specific sectors clientele and project values. Our tenders focus on quality over quantity, and you will collaborate closely with senior management to deliver bids for projects up to $50 million in value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end bid process across multiple concurrent opportunities ensuring high-quality compliant and compelling submissions.
  • Manage bid kick-off meetings and regular check-ins with internal stakeholders to align on win themes and key messaging.
  • Work closely with senior leadership estimators technical teams and delivery personnel to coordinate input and approval.
  • Coordination with the offshore team in the preparation and submission of tenders with a future view to overseeing and managing this team.
