The Role:

You will be required to use your own life experience of a mental health issue and personal recovery to mentor and support people with lived experience of a mental health issue. You will be connecting with, supporting, building reciprocity, trust, and shared experience with people who access our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support to people accessing Flourish Australia services, ensuring their recovery journey goals are met.
  • Build relationships with service users based on mutual understanding and respect.
  • Support service users in developing skills and confidence to engage in meaningful employment activities.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
